Iowa’s first and only Certified Financial Therapist (CFT-I™")

Focusing on our relationship with money to manage problems such as workaholism, over and underspending, relationship conflict, and shame is brave. Money is one of the only things in our life we need to interact with on a daily basis. Interacting with money in a healthier way and overcoming shame and other money blocks to get there is the general focus of financial therapy sessions. In addition to focusing on money, we work with anxiety, eating disorders, body image issues, and issues of control.
